1 Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "lc44", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the lc44 online entertainment platform. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any individual who opens an account on this platform. "Services" refers to all games, betting options, payment methods, and related features available on lc44.

lc44 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible entertainment environment for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") define your relationship with the platform and clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of lc44, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information — opening an account with false information is prohibited.
  • Each person is allowed only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
  • Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
  • The mobile number or email address linked to your account must be active and registered in your own name.
  • If any account information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

As part of identity verification, lc44 may request identification documents or other records from users at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

lc44 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. If an underage person attempts to open an account, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be returned.

Age Verification: lc44 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify age at the time of login or deposit. Failure to prove age of 21+ may result in account suspension.

Additionally, individuals whose local laws prohibit online gaming are not eligible to use this platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with their local laws.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on lc44 are processed through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
  • Deposits will be credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
  • You must only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
  • You must provide the correct reference number when depositing, otherwise processing may be delayed.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

lc44 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement: You must place bets worth 15 times the bonus amount. Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 before bonus winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
  • Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
  • If you withdraw your deposit before meeting the bonus requirements, the related bonus will be cancelled.
  • lc44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
  • Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on lc44 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail in that game's guidelines.

  • If a technical error occurs during a game, lc44 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.
  • If your internet connection is lost, the game outcome will be determined based on the data stored on the server.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; in the event of any dispute, lc44's decision will apply.
  • Any complaints about game results must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
  • A maximum win limit may be set separately for each game.
  • Playing games using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lc44, and if proven, the account will be closed immediately:

  • Money Laundering: Any attempt to make funds from illegal sources appear legitimate through the platform.
  • Fraud: Creating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly benefit from bonuses or promotions.
  • Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
  • Collusion: Gaining an unfair advantage in games through pre-planned cooperation between multiple users.
  • Bot Use: Playing games using automated programs or artificial intelligence.
  • Use of Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's payment method or account.
  • False Information: Providing false or forged documents during registration or the verification process.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, lc44 reserves the right to take legal action and the full balance of the related account may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

lc44 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
  • Following a self-exclusion request.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. In that case, any available balance after bonus requirements are met will be returned.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee may apply after a certain period; details can be obtained from the support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

While lc44 strives to maintain the highest technical standards, our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • lc44 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by internet connectivity issues.
  • lc44 is not directly responsible for game interruptions caused by third-party providers.
  • lc44 is not liable for financial losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as sharing a password.
  • Unexpected technical errors or system outages may cause temporary service interruptions.
  • The decision to play games is entirely the user's own, and the user is solely responsible for any financial losses.
